Pleasant
There was a problem because we were coming in so late and they didn't expect us for some reason. The security guard who did not have to let us in went the extra mile to make sure that we had our reservation honored and didn't turn us away when we were tired. I really appreciated the nightstaff that got us into our room when it was very late and our kid was already sleeping in the car.
The hotel was just worn out. There was deferred maintenance everywhere things were dingy and needed updating desperately. My toilet was sleeping there was more easily on the ground next to it when we came in. Which would have been fine except they charge $100 a night which for this area is outrageous considering how unbelievably poor the state of the hotel was. I just spent $50 in hotel I wouldn't have been in an eyelash.

I actually ended up stay one more night. It’s a great place to stay, everyone is super nice
Staff super nice, loved the cleanliness and everyone really attentive
The restaurant is hella expensive and the food paid for was very poor quality! However the breakfast was delicious. The rooms do need an upgrade a bit.
